All appointments need to be confirmed at least 72 hours ahead of time.
If it’s not confirmed, it’ll be canceled, and your deposit won’t be refunded.
Life happens—we totally get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us at least 72 hours’ notice.
• Cancel within 72 hours? There’s a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-show? You’ll be charged 75% of the service.
A card on file is required to hold your appointment.

Running late? Please let us know!
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule depending on what’s left of your appointment time.
• If we don’t hear from you after 15 minutes, it’s considered a No-Show, and you’ll be charged 75% of the service.
